Who Am I?
My name is Joƫlle and I'm here to help you finally feel better. As a yoga and movement teacher, I specialize in teaching people simple solutions for pain management, borne out of my own experiences living with conditions like fibromyalgia and chronic hip bursitis.
I've poured everything I know into these workshops to make sure that you leave them feeling confident that you too can have healthy hips and a healthy lower back!
