About Me


My name is Joëlle, and to say I'm not naturally flexible would be the understatement of the century.

I was born with hip dysplasia, meaning that my physical movements were already restricted in the womb. I didn't begin any form of stretching or gymnastics until well into adulthood, at a time where just touching my toes seemed like a distant dream. This meant that I had a steep hill to climb when I wanted to improve my own flexibility FAST and pursue a career as a yoga teacher.

Today, I specialize in helping people feel and move better, and flexibility is a HUGE part of that. Being more flexible not only leads to less pain and fewer injuries, but also enhances balance and performance in all aspects of life!

I've poured everything I know into this program to empower you with the confidence that you, too, can significantly improve your flexibility and feel better in your body than ever before!
