About Me


My name is Joëlle, and to say I'm not naturally flexible would be the understatement of the century.

I was born with hip dysplasia, meaning that my physical movements were literally already restricted in the womb. I never did any form of stretching or gymnastics at all until well into my adult life, at a time where just touching my toes seemed like a distant dream. Which means that I had a steep hill to climb when I wanted to improve my own flexibility FAST and become a yoga teacher.

I now specialize in helping people feel and move better, and flexibility and mobility are a HUGE part of that. Being more flexible leads to fewer injuries, less pain, better balance, and improved performance in everything we do!

I've poured everything I know into this workshop to make sure that you leave it feeling confident that you too can become more flexible and feel better in your body than ever before!
