And I'm kind of a chronic worrier.

  • Class 1 - 27-minute Yin Yoga Legs Up The Wall: We'll take multiple versions of this extremely restorative pose, allowing you to identify the stretches you find most calming, so you can return to them easily anytime you need an escape.
  • Class 2 - 15-minute Chair Yoga for the Upper Body: Keeping our practice accessible, we'll release through the neck, shoulders, and spine in this entirely seated, very gentle practice. This one can be done anywhere and anytime!
  • Class 3 - 10-minute Anti-Stress Tapping Practice: Tapping is an easy-to-learn technique that combines gentle tapping on key body points with mindful focus. It's a simple and effective tool to help you manage everyday stress and enhance your overall sense of well-being.
  • Class 4 - 15-minute Chair Yoga for the Lower Body: We'll move our focus to the hips, legs, and feet by using our chair in some creative ways to release these areas. Just like our previous chair practice, this one is designed to be done when and where YOU want - you don't even need to change into your workout clothes!
  • Class 5 - Storytime with 'The Ogre and The Child': So much of our stress comes from the stories we tell ourselves. With this profound tale, we'll examine how our own personal stories can hold us back from living our true potential - and how we can start telling ourselves new stories that will help us thrive.
  • Class 6 - 15-minute Soothing Mobility: Building on our achievements so far in the program, we'll combine movement and flexibility to free up the physical body like never before!
